The Toledo Public Library is pleased to join the Iowa Libraries Adventure Pass Program, which offers free passes to Iowa attractions and museums using your library card!

The Adventure Pass program is made possible through the generosity of the Toledo Public Library Foundation and sponsorships from local groups and individuals.
How to Use the Adventure Pass
- Available for Toledo and rural Tama County residents only.
- Must be 18 years of age and older and have a valid library card.
- Passes are for general admission only and cannot be used for special events.
- The person reserving the pass must present a valid photo ID and printed pass for admission into the venue. Digital copies are not accepted. If you do not have access to a printer, contact the library or email the confirmation page to library@toledoiowa.gov. We can print it for you for free and you can pick it up at the circulation desk.
- One pass per venue may be reserved once every 365 days.
- Please cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to your reserved time if you cannot use the pass. If you reserve the pass and don't use it, or cancel the same day as your reservation, you will not be able to reserve a pass for that venue for 365 days. Contact the library during open hours the day before to cancel your reservation.
- Check open dates for any venue before you reserve your pass.
Adventure Pass Venues
Blank Park Zoo (2 passes) - Admits 2 adults and 2 children.

Des Moines Children's Museum (1 pass) - Admits 4 children (ages 1-10). There is no admission charge for those under 1 and over 10.

Greater Des Moines Botanical Gardens (1 pass) - Admits 2 adults and 2 children.

Reiman Gardens - Ames, Iowa (1 pass - Beginning May 20th) - Admits 2 adults and 4 children living in the same household.

Science Center of Iowa (2 passes) - Admits 2 adults and 2 children.
*passes sponsored by PEO Toledo Chapter and an anonymous donation.
